Twenty-fifth Sunday in Ordinary Time

We can fall into a belief that we have to work hard enough, pray enough or become good enough to earn God's love, but the Lord shows us that this isn't true. He simply loves us because of who we are. We still have to show up and accept the invitation and live our lives accordingly to that invitations, but He simply loves us because we are His sons and daughters.

As He loves us, the Lord is constantly searching for us. Sometimes He does that through the people in our lives or moments we don't expect so that we might be drawn closer to Him. And as draw closer, He begins to reveal the depth of His love for us that we cannot earn. We don't have to wait to experience the Lord's love and generosity, He offers that to us here and now.
